Elastilon is a high quality, self-adhesive wood floor underlay that can be used to fit your wood flooring on to solid floors. Elastilon Basic is the original Elastilon underlay. This self-adhesive wood floor underlay is one of the most convenient, quick and effective methods of laying your wood flooring onto any solid subfloor that does not have under floor heating. If you do have under floor heating, Elastilon Strong is required and more information on this can be found below. As with the majority of Elastilon specifications Elastilon Basic has brilliant acoustic values and is ideal for multi-story buildings, apartments or upstairs in your home. When using Elastilon Basic there is no need for any additional architectural or acoustic measures.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
Elastilon Strong is applied in just the same way as Elastilon Basic, however, is slightly different in terms of structure. With its high density and strong adhesive, this wood floor underlay is suitable to be used over under floor heating systems. Like with many of the Elastilon specifications Elastilon Strong is perfect for upstairs, apartments or multi-story building as when using Elastilon there is no need for any additional architectural or acoustic measures.
